An event to benefit the farm workers in Immokalee, Florida.
Sweet Shades – Protective eyewear will be distributed to farm workers in hopes to reduce the high incidence of corneal abrasions and damage from UV light.
Pressure Tester – Participants will have the opportunity to have their blood pressure measured and be educated about factors influencing high or low pressure.
Sugar Check - Participants will have the opportunity to have their blood sugar measured and be educated about diabetes and the factors contributing to this disease.
Nutrition Made Easy - Participants will have the opportunity to learn about proper diet, affordable meal plans, and a mock grocery store walk-through will be available.
SEED Prize Give-Away – Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes including bikes, gift cards, and much more.
